Welcome to NicoleElrod.com (“Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Website and
your purchase or participation in services and products offered by Nicole Elrod (“Practitioner,” “I,” “me,” or “my”). By
accessing this Website, booking a service, purchasing a product, or participating in a service, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility — Clients Must Be 18 or Older
All clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Services are provided only to adults age 18 and older. Valid
government-issued identification may be required to verify age and identity before any services are rendered. I reserve
the right to refuse or cancel services if a client cannot provide satisfactory proof of age or if I determine that the
requested service is outside my scope of practice.
2. Description and Purpose of Services
I provide hypnosis services, intuitive and spiritual guidance, spiritual readings, meditation products, and related
personal-development services.
Hypnosis Services. My hypnosis services are provided for vocational and avocational personal development
only. Hypnosis may be used for personal growth, self-exploration, relaxation, habit development, performance,
confidence, motivation, and other personal-development purposes within the scope of the services I offer. Hypnosis
services are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or healthcare services. I do not diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent diseases, medical conditions, psychiatric conditions, or mental health disorders.
Intuitive and Spiritual Readings. Intuitive readings, mediumship, spiritual guidance, and related services are provided
for entertainment purposes only. Information, impressions, interpretations, or messages received during a reading
are not guaranteed to be factually accurate or predictive. Readings should not be used as a substitute for professional
medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions
and actions.
3. Professional Disclaimer
I am not a licensed medical professional, physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, attorney,
financial advisor, or other licensed healthcare or professional-services provider.
I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotist, a member in good standing of the American Hypnosis Association, and
maintain professional liability insurance. My services are provided within the scope of my training, certification,
experience, and applicable law.
If I believe that your needs or circumstances are outside my scope of practice, I may decline to provide services and,
when appropriate, may recommend that you seek assistance from another qualified professional who may be better
suited to serve your needs.
Health and Mental Health. If you need medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, or other mental-health
services, please contact a qualified provider of your choice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health
emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, call 911 or seek emergency medical assistance
immediately. I do not provide emergency services.
Financial and Legal Matters. I do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Information provided during
intuitive or spiritual sessions should not be relied upon when making financial or legal decisions. Please consult your
qualified financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or other appropriate professional.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Every individual responds differently to hypnosis, meditation, intuitive guidance, and spiritual practices. I make no
guarantees regarding any particular outcome, result, behavioral change, manifestation, relationship outcome, financial
result, personal-development result, or other benefit. Your results may differ from those of other clients.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information relevant to their services and for communicating any
concerns or circumstances that may affect their participation. Participation in all services is voluntary. You may
communicate with me if you become uncomfortable during a session, and you may request to end a session at any
time. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and use of information received during a
session.
6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Appointments must be scheduled through my approved booking system or through another method authorized by me.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide notice as soon as reasonably possible.
Appointments missed without appropriate notice may be considered completed and may not be eligible for
rescheduling or credit. Any specific cancellation or rescheduling policy presented during the booking process is
incorporated into these Terms.
7. No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. I do not offer refunds for completed or purchased services or digital products, except where
a refund is required by applicable law.
Because hypnosis and intuitive/spiritual sessions involve the delivery of personal information, knowledge, experiences,
impressions, and insights that cannot be returned once provided, payments for completed sessions are
non-refundable. Once a session has occurred, the information, knowledge, impressions, and experiences received
during that session cannot be returned or undone. Therefore, completed sessions are not eligible for refunds.
I do not provide refunds based upon dissatisfaction with an intuitive reading, spiritual interpretation, hypnosis
experience, personal insight, or the outcome of a service.
8. Digital Meditation Products
Meditations and other digital products sold through this Website are provided in digital MP3 format. All digital
meditation products are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or made available for download
or access, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because digital products may be downloaded,
accessed, copied, or retained after purchase, digital MP3 products cannot be returned.
By purchasing a digital meditation, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. If a purchased digital product is
technically defective or cannot be accessed due to a technical problem, please contact me so I can reasonably attempt
to resolve the issue.
9. Pricing and Price Changes
All prices displayed on NicoleElrod.com are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to change, modify,
increase, decrease, or discontinue pricing for services and products at any time. A price change will not affect a
purchase or appointment that has already been completed and paid for. The price applicable at the time of purchase or
booking will apply to that transaction. Promotional pricing, discounts, special offers, packages, and other pricing
arrangements may be subject to additional terms and may be available only for a limited time. All prices are listed in
U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
10. Personal Use of Digital Products
Meditations, MP3 recordings, written materials, recordings, and other digital products purchased through this Website
are intended for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated in writing. You may not
reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit these products without my
prior written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content appearing on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, audio recordings,
meditations, written materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to me unless otherwise stated. You may not
copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit my content without prior written permission.
12. Confidentiality and Privacy
I respect the privacy of my clients and will make reasonable efforts to protect information shared during services.
However, electronic communications, online booking systems, payment processors, email, and other electronic
systems cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Information may be disclosed when required by law or when
reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of myself, my clients, or others. Please review my
Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.
13. Website Use
You agree to use this Website lawfully and respectfully. You may not use this Website to violate applicable law, attempt
unauthorized access to the Website or its systems, copy or misuse Website content, interfere with Website security or
operation, submit malicious software, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. I reserve the right to refuse service or

of these Terms, or violation of the rights of another person.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Texas law andin a court having appropriate jurisdiction.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full
force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective when posted
on this Website. Your continued use of the Website or purchase or participation in services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Professional Credentials
Nicole Elrod is a Certified Clinical Hypnotist, a member in good standing of the American Hypnosis Association,
and maintains professional insurance coverage. I am committed to providing services professionally, ethically, and
within the scope of my training and practice. When a client’s needs fall outside my scope of practice, I will make every
reasonable effort to inform the client and, when appropriate, refer the client to a qualified professional who may be
better suited to assist them.
21. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, accessing a digital meditation, or using this Website, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
